  • Delay caused by courier partners
  • Minor variations in color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

We request customers to carefully review product descriptions, size details, fabric information, and product images before placing an order.

Product Color & Appearance Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Mobile or computer screen settings
  • Lighting used during photography
  • Natural texture and dye variations in fabrics

Such minor differences shall not be considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

  • The unboxing video must be recorded clearly without cuts or edits.
  • Complaints raised without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.

After verification, our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution if found genuine.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • During sale periods, festive offers, clearance sales, or promotional campaigns, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will only be processed after verification by our support team and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
