Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation. However, larger orders (e.g., more than 5 pieces per product/style) may require additional time. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

📦 Note: Order processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Locations in India: 4–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–12 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Deliveries are only made on working days. No deliveries on Sundays or national public holidays.

Shipping Charges

Within India

• ✅ Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required
• ✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders at no additional cost

International Shipping

• 🌍 Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
• 🛍️ Orders valued above USD $149: Free International Shipping
• 📦 Orders USD $149 or below: Flat rate of $25

International Shipping & Customs Duties

We ship all international orders from India using trusted partners like DHL and FedEx. Most orders pass through customs smoothly, but:

• Occasionally, import duties or taxes may be applied by your country’s customs office.
• These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient if applicable.
• We cannot predict or control the amount of such charges.
• For your convenience, DHL/FedEx will handle customs clearance and collect any applicable charges upon delivery.

🚫 Refusal to pay customs duties: If the recipient refuses delivery or fails to pay import duties, the shipment will be returned. In such cases:

• A refund will be issued after deducting shipping charges and return handling fees.
